No specimen available

-Found in a woodland area, many shelf like fungi that resembled fans growing off of a dead log

-color changed from a white to beige to brown, appeared to have a white “mold-like” substance growing on the top surface

-underneath were teeth like projections, no stipe present

-avg. size of shelf was 22mm X 16mm

-spores taken from white spore print, eliptical in shape with no ornimentations, with a circular object inside the contents of each spore.

- spore measurements (length/width) (in micrometers) I tried to include the one of the largest and smallest spores I could find along with the majority of the same sized spores that I found. A 100x oil immersion objective was used.
