Several of very large size growing in mixed Ponderosa & Madrone leaf litter. One or two are almost 12 in. in diameter.

Black spore print

Not a leucoagaricus, which according to what I have read, has pinkish spores. The spores of this critter are decidedly black and the gills have turned in a few hours from pinkish to black-brown.
