I have been to this spot so I know a bit about the habitat. This is a large grassy area which has disturbed (landslide-like) soil on the edges. Both Psilocybe zapotecorum and caerulescens probably started on the landslide-like area, and moved into the grass. The exact place where these were photographed is basically just a lawn. Psilocybe caerulescens seems to do better in the grass than P. zapotecorum, the zapotecorum stays closer to the falling soil.
