Oak or hickory.

I don’t think it is P. everhartii much. Just working on it. I’ll make more observations as I find it often enough. It has a fragrant smell when burned. I use it instead of incense.

P. everhartii is common canker rot on gambel oak in the SW and tends to occur on oaks in the east from what I’ve read.
