Based on microscopic features: I identified the structure in picture 134 as conidiophore. I can see the black condias. In picture 150 I mounted the conidiophore in tween and can see the vesicle and multiple condias. In picture 151 I also identified the foot. Based on the structure of the condiophore and the color of the conidia, I identified the fungus as aspergillus niger.
