No herbarium specimen

Notes: -found several specimens growing together in the soil

-pileus was dry and planer shape with a slight umbo, measured 85mm in diameter, smooth surface, with uplifted margin, pileus color had a dark tan center with tan margin and brown spots

-adnate even gills, off white/cream in color with brown spots (41mm in length) lamellulae present (>1mm apart in spacing)

-annulus present, possibly double edged

-dry stipe, fibrillose surface, solid, 87mm in length, 9mm in width, caespitose base

- no volva

-spore shape was an ovate/subglobose shape with an ovate circle inside the spore

- spore measurements (length/width) (in micrometers) I tried to include the one of the largest and smallest spores I could find along with the majority of the same sized spores that I found. Measured with an 100x oil immersion objective.
