-found 2 growing together in the soil

-pileus was dull and broadly convex, measured 114mm in diameter, smooth surface, with smooth margin, pileus color was a yellow tan, with very little dark spots

-adnate even gills, off white in color with darker edges (56mm in length) lamellulae present (2mm apart in spacing halfway to margin)

-annulus present, possibly double edged

-dry/dull stipe, fibrillose surface, solid, 248mm in length, 15mm in width, caespitose base

- no volva

-spore shape was an ovate/elliptical shape

- spore measurements (length/width) (in micrometers) I tried to include the one of the largest and smallest spores I could find along with the majority of the same sized spores that I found. Measured with an 100x oil immersion objective.
