-single specimen found in soil and around dead leaves

-pileus was dry/shiny and slightly depressed, measured 62mm in diameter, smooth surface, with rolled margin, off white cream color

-adnate even gills, off white/cream in color (23mm in length) extremely crowded lamellulae present (>1mm apart in spacing)

-no annulus

-dry/dull stipe, smooth surface, solid and bulbous base, 66mm in length, 16mm in width and 20mm in width at base, inserted base

- no volva

-spore shape was an ovate/subglobose shape with an ovate circle inside the spore

- spore measurements (length/width) (in micrometers) I tried to include the one of the largest and smallest spores I could find along with the majority of the same sized spores that I found. Measured with an 100x oil immersion objective.
