Amanita but not sure which one?
Growing in my patio in planted area- no shade.
Slug eating bulb of one.
4 years ago, two amanitas muscaria grew in same general area.

Recognized by sight: Sorry, Natbo. I prefer having the genus at least. I agree it’s an Amanita. There’s nothing wrong in suggesting that when you post an observation.

Used references: Arora, Mushrooms Demystified. Color photo of A. muscaria shows considerable diversity in color of cap. But red center remains constant. I see more red here than brown. And Natbo did state two A. muscaria were found in the same area 4 years ago.
