Size base of cap is 1.5-2.7 cm x 0.8 cm long stipe
Texture slimy texture, moist, soft, sticky
Pileus (cap) flat, slightly broad, convex
Stipe (stem) dark brown, velvety look
Gills (lamellae) attached to stem, tanish white, wavy, adnexed, broad, white to cream tan,
color pileus yellowish golden reddish brown tan color, dark black in the middle
flesh white- yellow
other when cap pealed- inside white flesh
Taste Didn’t taste
Odor mild, not very strong, a little mushroomy,
