-found multiple specimens growing together at the base of a dead tree

-pileus was dry/dull and planer shape, measured 115mm in diameter, smooth surface, with uplifted margin, pileus color was a brown center with tan fading outside with a brown margin and small brown specs

-adnate even gills, cream in color (60mm in length) lamellulae present, crowded

-annulus present

-dry/dull stipe, fibrillose surface, solid tapering at base, 100mm in length, 17mm in width, caespitose base

- no volva

-spore shape was an elliptical shape

- spore measurements (length/width) (in micrometers) I tried to include the one of the largest and smallest spores I could find along with the majority of the same sized spores that I found. Measured with an 100x oil immersion objective.
