Observation 118946: Mycena (Pers.) Roussel
When: 2012-12-04
No herbarium specimen

Notes: Found growing on a dead branch with a 2.5 cm stipe(hard like a thin little twig or an apples stem). The pileus was 2cm in diameter and it was a tan/brown color. The gills were a beige/white color. It left a white/cream colored spore sprint. The gills had little lamellulae between them. Each gill was approx 2mm apart between the margins. There were a few more little mushrooms of the same species growing next to it.
