Location: 3 ft from black oak tree (in black oak savanna); growing directly on wood chips. Growing in cluster of 3 at about 5 inches apart from each other.
Pileus: 3.4cm diameter, milky tan colour
Pileus Surface: Silky Smooth, at center is a tan to brown circle 2cm in diameter with defined borders
Pileus Shape: Infidibuliform
Gills: Adnate, milky white,
Lamellae: Regular pattern with 1 short gill inbetween two long ones. Width: 10mm
Stipe: smooth, centrally located, tan colour, 0.4cm width, 2.3 cm length
Stipe Shape and Context: Solid and equal in width
Stipe Base: inseted/ insiitious base. Inserts into wood chip by white flufy mold extension.
Volva and Annulus: not present
