Pileus Shape: Convex/ hemispheric; length 3cm, depth 1cm
Pileus Surface: Fleshy and Dry; Smooth; White/milk colour when picked then changed to White/yellow colour after 2 hours.
Pileus Margin: Plicate Striate
Lamellae: Even margin, white colour, length of 1.5cm, width of .10mm; regular spacing, no short gills.
Stipe: Fibrillose surface, white, 0.5cm width, 9.5cm length
Stipe Shape and Context: Solid and equal in width at base and apex
Stipe base: inserted/ insititous base
Volva and Annulus: not present.
