Notes: Location: Growing in soil in cluster of 5 at about 2 feet from base of red oak
Pileus: Fleshy colour that is tan with a golden center that is 2cm in diameter. Pileus is 6.5cm in diameter and .5cm thick. Pileal surface is dry and smooth but looks moist.
Pileus margin: plicate striate with tiny brown spots
Pileal shape: plane
Gills: Adnate with tooth,colour is brown, width of .cm. regullar pattern with 1 short gill inbetween.
Annulus: White and upturned
Stipe: centrally located, fibrillose, equal at base and apex, hollow.
Stipe base: inserted/ institous bae
Volva: none
ODOR: sick/wet
