Herbarium specimen reported

Notes: Location: Shelf fungi clustered on red oak fallen trunk.
Pileus: Tan with lighter edge. white towards trunk. .9cm from wood to tip and 1.2cm across from side to side.
Pileal shape: broadly convex
Pileus margin: Sulcate striate
Gills: brown, 1cm in length, .1cm width. regular pattern, with 2 short gills inbetween.
