Neither the cap nor stipe were sulphur yellow. Yellowish, but not bright yellow. I will delete the H. fasciculare suggestion, and let you suggest H. capnoides. Thanks for responding!

If the stem is not sulphur yellow neither the gills, I would say it is a Hypholoma capnoides, and this one is edible.
