Found on side of dead tree trunk; shows clumped habit; White spore print

Pileus: Has a seashelled shape; white/nude color that gets darker towards the stipe; moist smooth surface; Size ranges from 4.5 – 13 cm; Flesh has a white spongy consistency with a 3 cm thickness

Hymenophore: Has a decurrent attachment; white even gills measuring 4 cm – 13 cm

Stipe: Has a lateral, equal shape. Surface is dry and smooth; has a white color
