Notes:
Found at base of dead tree that I unfortunately could not identify at the time. Clumped, casespitose habit and has single edged annulus.

Hymenophore: Has a adnate attachment with a tooth. Gill was white with a greyish even edge up to 4.5 cm long. Has a regular pattern with a single tier lamellulae present.

Stipe: Has a central, equal, fibrillose stuffed stipe. Has a dull, smooth surface and has a light brown color that gradually darkens at the bottom. Flesh has a white color and darkens over time.
