Notes: Found on trunk of dead ash tree. Clumped habit with light brown spore print

Spore measures (6.16 – 7.7) micrometers x (3.85 – 4.62) micrometers

Pileus is shell-shaped and ivory color. Breadth about 2.2 cm. The surface is smooth and waxy but gets sticky when it’s bruised. Flesh is firm and white. Thickness of 1.3 cm x .1 cm.

Hymenophore: Free attachment; light brown gills with 2 tier lamellulae present.
