Found in my backyard in the soil next to a dead stump. Shows a surrounded habit and has a brown spore print.
Pileus: Ranges from broadly convex to umbonate. Its a very light tan color on top and gradually gets to a eggshell white near the edge. Has a smooth dry surface and up to 4 cm breadth.
Hymenophore: Light brown, even gills about 2 cm length. Tightly packed spacing with no lamellulae present.
Stipe: Smooth dry white equal stipe with length up to 6.5 cm and width about 3 mm.
