That’s right, your specimen is young and very fresh! The hymenium in old and dried out ones become almost smooth.

with those in the link tou provided and conclude that you must be right; the hymenial surface seems to be identical, despite of my specimen being young.

Byssomerulius corium is a crust fungus, whereas this specimen is a bracket. Also the pilleus is not reflexed.

this is Byssomerulius corium, but I have no better proposal.

It doesn’t seem to be “hirsuta”.
