I would say a light fish smell :)

for M. cucumis, some say cucumbers, others say fish. i agree that the look isn’t really fitting for that species though.

Hard to tell from these pictures, but I’ve never seen M. cucumis with unequal stipe like that or that wavy in maturity. The stipes look more like Gymnopus, but again, hard to tell from these pictures.
