0.5 – 1.5cm; convex and slightly conical, becoming umbonate; orange-brown, radially lined margin.

Stipe -
3 – 5cm; orange-brown, slightly darker than cap; equal.

Lamellae –
close; broad, with intermediate tiers; lighter than cap.

Ring -
Persistent on stalk; whitish-yellow or tan.

Spores -
Rust

Habitat -
On woodchips on lawn
