This is another fertile Parmelia, though with few and small apothecia. It was found nearby the P. saxatilis in observation 121437. It seems that this specimen has both soredia and isidia and that the isidia developes from the soradiate areas. According to the British Flora, this feature together with some +/- subpendulous lobes (what is this?) leads to the species P. submontana.
