Cordyceps host

Its host is Elaphomyces sp. (as is C. capitata)
the head is more elongated, spindle or club shaped then C. capitata which has more of a irregularly rounded head
It also has bright yellow “roots” connecting the fruiting body to the Elaphomyces

Cool! What’s the host?

Looks a bit like C. capitata, what’s the difference?
