Notes: No larches in sight, an apparent associate, but the overall appearance, particularly the stipe that is yellow above the substantial veil, brown below. Brown cap has yellow margin.

I don’t have direct experience with either species, so I appreciate your input. I am still feeling stunned by the incredible differences in everything I looked at in the beautiful West!
