Found in soil under oak. Scent unpleasant (ammonia, cat litter?). Cap conical when young to umbonate in age. Cap fibrillose, reddish brown. Gills sinuate, but slightly decurrent. Stalk white, minutely fuzzy at top, fibrillose below with long dark hairs toward the base. No staining on cap or stipe. Spore print light brown.
