Observation 122178: Pholiotina teneroides (J. Lange) Sing.

In wood chips near oak trees.

The weather has been drying out and quite cold at night, some of these were a bit the worse for wear, some showed shriveling on the caps.

Based on microscopic features: Has two spored basidia (15 checked). Spores 11.5 – 12 × 6.5. Cheilocystidia utriform.
