Notes: Tiny yellow-green lichens covering any available bark area. Most are less than 1mm across and don’t appear to get much larger than that, forming a crenulate cup Seems to form larger communities, but each community is actually just made up of hundreds or thousands of these smaller squashed cups. Orange cup-shaped structures belong to a different lichen. However, there is a brown with white-edged cup on the right-hand side of photo which doesn’t look like it belongs to anything. In-rolled margin, forming a kind of rounded 6-pointed star. Got to get a disecting microscope!
