the tree is a Punica granatum and it’s here nearby, I’m going to watch it carefully. Remotely, it can have two species on it.

Coriolopsis is a good guess

They look so totally different. The first two pics seem like Antrodia, the rest could be anything from Datronia to Bjerkandera to Trametes to Coriolopsis. I do not have an idea really.

I forgot to put the date. Other pictures except the first two, were take one month later, but yes, from the same fungi, same tree.

Looks more like some Antrodia. Is this really all the same? At least the last two pics look a bit deviant to me.
