Very pleasant smell. Weird growth.


The left and right bodies in the top picture were growing sideways, forming this mess underground.

100% pleasant smell initially

Now I can sort of imagine it being “like library paste”, but that’s a stretch and it’s still solidly pleasant (to me).

Edit: Cut in half, compared to an actually sweet almond smelling Agaricus, and I guess this is “phenolic” indeed. Still not unpleasant at all though.
