Found and Ided by my wife a few months ago. We are just now getting around to trying to destroy all these growths found on the single cedar tree that grows on our property. For to not do so would put our nearby apple trees at risk of being infected by a damaging rust, which is a stage of this multi-lived fungus that follows springtime sporulation. Sorry if we don’t get to see any photos of the the orange tentacles that these little globs eventually turn into.
