Those Pleasing Beetles…

devoured virtually all of the newly sprouted G. tsugae in Rickett’s Glen during the spring of 2011… and that’s a lot of G. tsugae! One of the dominant tree species in Rickett’s (lower park) is hemlock, with lots of old growth.
