Observation 123525: Rhizopogon colossus

Notes: In old dirt and gravel residential driveway. Nearby mature three needle Canary Island Pine, Pinus canariensis, tree. Same location as “Tulostoma” in other collection posted today as 123522.
This one has fruited (at least) in Sec., Feb. and March, pushing up through very compacted driveway, with 4-6 fruiting bodies visible at surface each time.
They stink badly, even when firm and fresh.
