next time I should add some of my very numerous poems ;)
it looks like up to me.
somebody had to say it.
See Gerhard, your arty mushroom photos stimulate our imaginations! and that’s a good thing…
Unfortunately sometimes something else can be topsy turvy too ;)
Good to know that even in Austria, Lower can sometimes be Upper.
You mean the part of Austria in the map lies in the upper part of the country right? Far north opposed to far south???
Lower Austria is the name of the federal state. We also have a federal state called Upper Austria this lies to the west of Lower Austria. It has nothing to do where in the country it is situated.
is a little more interesting for me.
However, the real question is why is that area called “Lower Austria” when the map shows it to be in Northern ("Upper?) Austria?
you’re a romantic at heart! ;)
I also prefer these dark mystic fungal pics over the “usual” mushie pics ;)
hm, them were so numerous sooner or later you would have stumbled upon them ;)
it’s just conifers there almost at the max. But they started to cut exactly at this place where there is one of three finds of a very rare yellow Bolete which I myself looked but did not find there. I fear it is gone by now.
Although I also dimmed during photographing it is still dark as hell there :)
