I have done a google search and there are many of the images that are nearly identical to these.
For example.
So thank you bloodworm you were right it is a Stereum.

Don’t know a lot of stereum species, but if you zoom in on some of the photos you can see many small hairs on the caps.

Yes it was a estimation . These were very small to start with. I used Stereum ostrea as my comparison for that is the only Stereum I have experience with. I will go back in a couple days and see if I can get an exact measurement.

also, that isn’t very “thick” at all.

Yeah these didn’t seem like Stereum ostrea I usually see around here.

than most Stereum species. I checked Mushrooms Demystified and couldn’t find anything like that.

I would say 3 to 4 mm at the contact point.
