Observation 128175: Psilocybe zapotecorum R. Heim
When: 2012-08-11
(18.095° -96.8516° 1646m)
No herbarium specimen

Notes: Growing in a landslide along with Lacrymaria velutina and an interesting Conocybe species.

The lady from the nearest house came out and asked me what I was doing. I told her I was looking for mushrooms. She said there were no mushrooms here, and I said yes there are, and held up this Pislocybe zapotecorum. At this point she became irate and started yelling at me. She screamed that I would have a big problem with her husband if I didn’t leave. I left.
