Cap color suggested that already. It is an old B. luridus, maybe one of the variants.

I don’t, but from what I remember, and the stipe was some sort of reticulate. It seems an old specimen, though.

Did you see my obs. http://mushroomobserver.org/128642?q=14t7g ? That is cutted :) and I have no idea what sp. could it be.

Is the stipe reticulate, floccose or smooth? Seems to be interesting.
