Hm, in literature they write that all those brown large Tricholoma species are inedible to poisonous. Some are bitterish, some taste like meal. I haven’t tried any of them. Not long ago I shunned every Tricholoma but then I discovered the group around T. terreum to be good for eating and the greenish ones like T. equestre until they claimed that this is poisonous too.
I wouldn’t try them.
