Small orange/brown Inocybe sp. with a slight umbo on a radially fibrous cap and long slender pale stipe on moss in mixed woods. Spores are broadly ellipsoid and nodulose. 16 Spore average size measured from ends of protrusions was 9.4 × 7.3 µm with a Qm = 1.3. Encrusted metuloid pleurocystidia are abundant and remained colorless in 5% KOH.
