Overlapping, zoned, coarsely hairy caps found on pine logs. Colors various shades of brown with reddish tints, with white to yellowish-orange margin. Margin seems very finely striate (about 1/3 mm.). Maybe appressed fibrils? All parts turn black in KOH.
