Found along Hwy 26, growing on both sides of moss-covered bark. Odor not recorded.

Spores 6-8 × 3-4. Basidia 4-spored, ~20 × 7.5. Cheilocystidia ~35 × 15; protrusions up to 15 microns long. Pleurocystidia present, ~42 × 12.5. Gelationous matter on both cap and stipe. Clamps seen in stipitipellis.
