Looks like Plicaturopsis “gills” aren’t sharp, broad, or serrated enough, cap surface isn’t radially furrowed/fuzzy…

Looks similar to images called L. vulpinus here, especially observation 128613.

definitely looks more like Phlebia.

any photos anyone has called Phlebia, with gills this sharp and well-formed. This more Phlebia looking guy was a few inches away, though. Randy, I don’t know what’s going on either.
