Small, white hairy caps with white pores becoming larger. The hairs on the caps look rather large and weak, hence my choice for villosa. found on Stanley plum cordwood in my yard.

Recognized by sight: T. hirsuta is much more likely. The pores are not irregular enough for T. villosa.
