I think that concerning the lichen in this observation there are no great doubts: Xanthoria parietina. But it seems to be parasitised by a lichenicolous fungus, which is different from the one considered in observation 101511. At Lichenicolous fungi one can see a wide list of Lichenicolous fungi, thirty of which can occur on Xanthoria. Searching for photos, I found one very similar, Lichenoconium xanthoriae, but it can be others.
