Found on the underside of a dead tree which was horizontal and which was held up by other trees which had prevented it from hitting the ground.

Cerocorticium (Radulomyces), Hypochnicium and Gloeocystidiellum (and related genera that have been split recently).
But no mic no ID. Besides it seems to be old or dried up.
