Observation 13338: Lycoperdon pyriforme Schaeff.

No herbarium specimen

Notes: Some kind of puffball, probably not a Lycoperdon, growing from a large rotting Bigleaf maple snag, specimens about 18 inches from the ground. No spines noticed on these, but with powdery interiors.
