but this doesn’t look substantial enough. Termitomyces is another, but only if growing in association with termites, which doesn’t appear to be the case here.

I didn’t photograph it for some reason. Dennis thought this was a large edible pan-tropical species found in Thailand also, but I can’t remember the name.
