Observation 134206: Mycetozoa Bary ex Rostaf.
When: 2013-05-21
No herbarium specimen
0 Sequences

In a similar area to where the Thelephora are growing. The flood waters have removed all the forest litter and the ground is revealing fibrous roots etc. I have seen several very small fungi blooms that look like bird scat but now I am sure they are fungal.
It should be noted that the last two images are provided at about 5:1 and not the usual 1:1 I had to use tubes to get the magnification to present a reasonable identifiable image. I hope I have suceeded. The main body is about 1cm across. No specimen saved.

many of your observations which have gone unidentified are without comments or proposals because the information given (notes & photos) do not provide enough information to make an informed guess. adding microscopy may help.
